I am being asked for a Confirmation Code

• Go to https://accounts.intuit.com
• Select the manner you would like to receive the confirmation code, then click “Continue”
  • If for some reason you no longer have access to the email address listed, click the “Confirm my account a different way” option
• Check your email for the confirmation code
  • Check the bulk/spam/junk mail folder if you don’t see it in your inbox
  • You may click on “Didn’t receive a code link” under the “Check you email” page for a newly generated code
• Once you have the confirmation code, type it in and click “Continue”

I need to update/change my login information

A change in your User ID, Email address, or Security question will require you to enter the corresponding password to My Account.

• Go to https://accounts.intuit.com
• Under the “Manage your QuickBooks” page, click on the product or service you would like to manage or update/change

• Go to the advance tab and enable both SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 settings, then click the OK button to apply the changes.
• For Firefox type config in the url field and press the enter button.
• Now enter TLS in the search bar and click the search button.
• Click on the tls.version.min link.
• Now type the correct integer value for TLS/SSL version then enable the setting.

Flush your DNS through the command prompt

• Close any open window. Now search the cmd option in the start menu.
• Right-click the link then choose open as administrator from the drop-down menu.
• In the cmd window input Ipconfig /flushdns and press the enter button.
• Next type ipconfig /registerdns and again hit the enter button.
• Wait for the commands to be executed, then close the window and try login to the Intuit account.

Lower down browser’s privacy settings

• If you log in with internet explorer, open the browser properties window.
• Just type inetcpl.cpl in the run dialogue box and hit enter.
• Now open the advance tab window and move to security options.
• If the Do Not save encrypted page option is checked, click on it to uncheck.
