How to Login QuickBooks Online?
The My Accounts page allows you to easily manage every detail regarding your company’s intuit account from just one convenient location.
Don’t have a QuickBooks account
You will be sent an email to the email address you decide to use as your login, containing a link which will allow you access to My Account.
If this is your first time, here is how to create a new account:
- Go to https://accounts.intuit.com
- Select “Create a login” found under the “Sign In” button
- Type in your email address and phone number
- Create a unique password for your account, then select “Confirm”
- Click on “Create Account”
- You now have a QuickBooks account however, you will need to verify your email address
- Check email and verify the email address
- After you have verified =your email, go back to https://accounts.intuit.com and sign in using the same credentials used to create your QuickBooks account
Forgot User ID and/or Password
- Go to https://accounts.intuit.com
- Click on “I forgot my user ID” or “Password”
- Type in your email address or User ID, then select “Continue”
- Open up your inbox to your email and check for an email
- From: do_not_reply@intuit.com
- Subject: Your SBG Self-help Account
- Select from either “Password Help” or “Sign In”
- Select “Sign In” if you know you remember your password
- Select “Password Help” if you forgot your password
- Select a new password, then select “Reset Password”
- You will be required to answer security questions you had previously set up when first creating your account
- If for some reason you have forgotten the answers, contact us for further information
I am being asked for a Confirmation Code
- Go to https://accounts.intuit.com
- Select the manner you would like to receive the confirmation code, then click “Continue”
- If for some reason you no longer have access to the email address listed, click the “Confirm my account a different way” option
- Check your email for the confirmation code
- Check the bulk/spam/junk mail folder if you don’t see it in your inbox
- You may click on “Didn’t receive a code link” under the “Check you email” page for a newly generated code
- Once you have the confirmation code, type it in and click “Continue”
I need to update/change my login information
A change in your User ID, Email address, or Security question will require you to enter the corresponding password to My Account.
- Go to https://accounts.intuit.com
- Under the “Manage your QuickBooks” page, click on the product or service you would like to manage or update/change
- Click on the Company Name found at the top right corner of My Account, then select “Edit Login”
- Click on “Edit” next to the information you want to update/change
- Edit the information you want to update/change, then select “Save”
- Confirm your login password then click “Continue”
- Click on “Exit” found at the bottom left of the page
