- Incognito Window Use- If the user does not have any other web browser install, then, in that case, the user can use the Incognito window to use Quickbooks Online. To open the incognito window user needs to press the CTRL+SHIFT+N key and a black window of google chrome will appear on the screen of the user. Then the user needs to go on the login page of Quickbooks login and enter their credentials.
- History or Cache Clear- Sometimes the user faces issues because of the cache memory when more than one user is using the same device for logging in then at the time the credentials of one account get mismatched with another account so login issue can appear in front of the user. And cache memory can also affect the performance of the user’s device, so it is better for the user to clear the cache memory and also clear the history with it. For users to clear the history from their google chrome web browser they need to go on the three dots on right hand side and then the user needs to go on More tools and then select the option of Clear history.
