Roadrunner email sign-in/login issues usually occur during:

FIXING ROADRUNNER EMAIL LOGIN PROBLEMS :
1. Resetting RR email Account password.
While logging in to your RR email account, you need to make sure that you type the correct credentials.
In case you don’t remember the current password, you can choose “reset password” to set a new password for your account.
For resetting new RR email password:
-Open the official website of Roadrunner email.
-Select the “I don’t know my email password” option. Then, mention your email address.
-Now type your cable modem ID when asked to.
-Enter the cable modem ID (omit the dashes), then select “SUBMIT”.
-Then answer the security verification question by clicking the drop-down list and then click on “Reset password”. This will generate an 8-digit password.
-Save the New password in a notepad or a paper.
2.Configuring server settings.
-On your phone, launch the email app and type your RR username. Then select NEXT.
-Click on POP3 -> NEXT -> Type your Roadrunner Password -> NEXT.
-Fill in the following fields under the incoming server settings: username, password, server (pop-server.maine.rr.com), port(110), security type (none)
-Select NEXT and enter the following details ( for outgoing server settings): server (smtp-server.maine.rr.com), port(587), security type (none), require sign-in (check), username, password.
-Select OK, then move to other settings.
-Select the duration for which you want your messages to be on the phone until you delete it.
-Select OK and then tap on OK again to submit the setup.
3.At times, the Roadrunner email account gets licked or blocked. So, another solution is to just wait for a specific time period until the account gets unblocked from the server’s end.
