Under INCOMING SERVERS:

‘imap.windstream.net-

For Port: (SSL) 993; Port:143

Pop.windstream.net-

For Port: (SSL) 995; Port:110′

Under OUTGOING SERVERS:

‘smtp.windstream.net-

For Port: (SSL) 465; Port:587′

 Also, enable the outgoing server’s authentication.

The above-mentioned solutions are simple and can be easily performed, so you can resolve the ‘login failed’ issues at home. However, you can also contact the Windstream email Support to help you with the login issue, if this problem becomes a daunting issue for you.
